I do agree, you wouldn't exactly play this as a 'Wedding Song'... It's about how you can always rely on the diamonds, and not men, but if you're getting married to a man.. well, you sound a bit like a 'Golddigger'...
But I also agree with some other people: You could play this song at a wedding, if everyone was drunk, and it was just for fun, because it has a really nice beat to it and it's fun to sing. I guess everyone has their own personal taste, and I'm sure some women that aren't Golddiggers have played this at their wedding before, simply because they love Marilyn Monroe. Now, I'm only 11, coming 12 in May, so don't start saying about how people think I'm wrong because this is my opinion, kay? I just love Marilyn. RIP, ya babe!:) |
