When I first heard this song in 1994, through my tears, there wasn't a shadow of doubt that this song would be included in my wedding ceremony. At that point in my life, and presumably my groom's, The Lord was still preparing our hearts for ourselves and more importantly, for each other. Patience is NOT my strong suit, but my sugar-dumpling is SO worth it. I thank God daily that I didn't settle. Funny thing is, in '94 I hadn't a clue about my future husband, at least not his name or what he looked like, etc. Right around the same time I heard "I Will Here," I wrote a 4-page letter to my future husband and sealed it. I still have that letter and will 'send' it to him right before we meet at the altar. As I stated earlier, patience isn't my strongest point. I steamed the letter open to se exactly what I wrote 14 years ago "to my husband." ...and he is EXACTLY the person I penned that letter to in March, 1994. Coincidence, or GOD?!?
