How to Pick a Honeymoon Spot

So how do you pick the perfect honeymoon spot, especially when there are so many great locations to choose from?

First, make a list. Both you and your future spouse should make a list of places you would like to visit. Compare your lists. Do you share any sites in common? If not, do you want to visit places located near one another. Don't rule out the possibility of lumping these places together on a cruise or a European tour, for example, which visits multiple locations.

Second, decide which locations best fit your interests. Are you adventurous or do you prefer to relax on your vacation? Rule out any locations that do not have activities which match your interests.

Lastly, consider your budget. Your dream honeymoon may be to snorkel off of Australia, but if your budget doesn't allow it, you'll have to find an alternative. Snorkel off the coast of Florida, for example, instead.
